Welcome to Roxie's Boutique & Resale. By accessing or making a purchase from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.

1. General Purchase Terms

By placing an order with Roxie's Boutique & Resale, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent) and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

2. Product Condition Descriptions

Roxie's Boutique & Resale sells a mix of new and pre-owned items, including clothing, accessories, electronics, collectibles, and home goods. Each listing will indicate the condition of the item using the following descriptions:

• New: Item is unused, in original packaging (if applicable), and in perfect condition.
• Gently Used / Pre-Owned: Item has been previously owned and may show minor signs of wear consistent with normal use. Any notable flaws (stains, tears, missing parts, etc.) will be disclosed in the product listing.

We make every effort to accurately represent the condition of each item through descriptions and photographs. If you have questions about a specific item's condition, please contact us before purchasing.

3. Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where an item has been materially misrepresented. Misrepresentation includes, but is not limited to:

• Undisclosed stains or damage
• Undisclosed tears or structural defects
• Incorrect size or item shipped

If you believe your purchase was misrepresented, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review each claim on a case-by-case basis and, if the claim is valid, offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Policy

All purchases will be shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Roxie's Boutique & Resale or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roxie's Boutique & Resale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our store or products purchased through it. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item(s) in question.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any product for a particular purpose beyond what is stated in the product listing.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
